Therapy that gets real - so you can, too.
Life is messy. Your healing doesn’t have to be. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, heartbreak, burnout, parenting, trauma, or just trying to feel like yourself again—I’m here to help.
At Unfiltered Counseling & Wellness, we don’t do fake smiles and surface-level check-ins. We dig into the hard stuff with honesty, grace, and a little bit of humor when needed. Because you deserve a space where you don’t have to shrink to fit.
Therapy with me is compassionate, authentic, and judgment-free. We’ll work together to untangle what’s weighing you down and build a life that actually feels like yours.

Jacki Olson, LCSW
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for real talk, real healing, and helping people find their way back to themselves.
My style is warm, unfiltered, and down-to-earth—think messy bun energy meets clinical integrity. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’ll sit in the mess with you, help make sense of it, and gently call you in when it’s time to grow.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, infidelity recovery, relationship burnout, postpartum struggles, and life transitions. I also love supporting other therapists, moms, and people who’ve been “too strong for too long.”
I earned my BSW in 2016 and my MSW in 2022, and I’ve worked across outpatient, inpatient, and crisis settings. Now, I’m creating a space where therapy feels like you belong—not like you’re being evaluated.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me parenting two wild and wonderful boys, rocking out to whatever music speaks to my soul that day, or making sassy commentary about life’s chaos.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s work together.

Teen Therapy
Teen Therapy (14+)
Support for teens navigating big emotions, identity, and the chaos of growing up in today’s world.
Teen years are intense—for both teens and their families. I provide a space where teens can show up as they are, without fear of judgment or pressure. Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, identity, social pressure, academic burnout, or family stress, therapy gives them tools and language to navigate it all.
I work with teens around:
- Anxiety, panic, and social overwhelm
- Family and relationship dynamics
- Self-esteem and identity development
- School stress and perfectionism
- Depression, isolation, and motivation
- Trauma or difficult life events
- Emotional regulation and coping skills
Teens don’t need to be “fixed.” They need to feel seen, safe, and supported.
Your Questions, Answered
What can I expect in a first session?
Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, talk about goals, and make sure it feels like a good fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just come as you are.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes. If you're looking for extended sessions or want to explore a unique structure, I’m open to customizing what works best for your needs.
What if I’ve had a bad experience with therapy before?
I get it—and I’d never expect you to jump in without hesitation. Therapy works best when there’s trust, and I’ll honor wherever you’re starting from. You’re in the driver’s seat here.
